Ingredients:
Ground beef 1 pound
Frozen potato rounds 4 cups (1/2 of 30 ounce bag)
Frozen chopped broccoli 10 ounces (1 package)
Durkee French fried onions 2.8 ounces (1 can)
Tomato 1 medium-sized
Cream of celery soup condensed 10 3/4 ounces (1 can)
Milk, 1/3 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded, 4 ounces
Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper 1/8 teaspoon
Direction:
Place potatoes on the bottom and sides of an 8 inch x 12
inch casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees
Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Brown beef in large chunks
and drain thoroughly. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 can of
French fried onions and tomato on top of potatoes in
casserole dish. Combine soup, milk, 1/2 of the shredded
cheese and seasonings. Pour into casserole dish. Bake
covered at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Top
with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for
2-3 minutes.
